Dans la rue de Tanfort, dans le sens cires/balagny l'accès de la sente de la Fontaine Niquet se situe au N°27. Faire environ 100m dans cette sente et le lavoir est en haut sur la gauche. Cordonnées GPS: N 49° 16.647 E 002° 21.384.
