Situé à l'entrée du hameau du Frigolet au lieu-dit la Croix rouge, ce lavoir est alimenté par une source, au bord d'un chemin. Son entretien est réalisé par des bénévoles dont la famille Maurine, très attachée à ce patrimoine.
