Petit lavoir avec ses margelles en pierres inclinées, en bord de route et au bord du mur extérieur de l'Abbaye.
Ce lavoir est nourri par le ruisseau de la Course de Sablonceaux. Le lavoir principal bien plus grand reste privé dans la propriété-sud de cette abbaye.
