Viel-Moulin (ou Vieilmoulin, Viès-molin, Vielmoulin) était un hameau de Laïves qu'elle devint un hameau de Sennecey. Au quartier de Vielmoulin il y avait une source qui alimente un grand lavoir et porte ses eaux dans la Saône, près de Gigny.
